  • Studio ROOF
Run through the forests, gallop through the fields. Set your imagination free and play!

Studio ROOF started by observing the creative and colourful outcomes between their founders and their children. They believe that imagination and playfulness are not only connected to childhood but a key element that pervades every aspect of life, at all ages.

With Studio ROOF, through the filter of imagination, a world unfolds in their cardboard products – masks, birds, insects, cities, sea animals, earth creatures and many more. These tell stories about the beauty that lies in nature, fantasy, art and people.

Since nature plays such an important role in our story and daily lives, the products are made from recycled cardboard and coloured with plant-based vegetable ink. It is the brand's way of contributing to the environment.

Let's create together with Studio ROOF!

  • Studio YAARA

Yaara Nir Kachlon is passionate about creating the kind of contemporary ceramics she loves best; beautiful, functional objects in a creamy white tone that are utterly weightless and completely durable.
She began developing this technique nearly 20 years ago, creating a line of highly aesthetic, soft white ceramics made for serving food and drinks, yet with a sturdiness that can withstand daily use in the oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
Yaara likes to call her work Perfectly Imperfect, referring to the natural imperfections and differences born out of working with clay and kiln to form the collection of ceramics.

She studied at New York’s Parsons School of Design and Jerusalem’s Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, where she received her degree.
This is a collection of spacious bowls and platters, plates and cups in her trademark eggshell white, glazed to a soft sheen in Yaara’s rural home studio in Israel, light to hold and aesthetically pleasing
    against any dish or table.

  • Susan Laughton
Susan is a North West England-based artist with a long standing interest in landscape and architecture. Vernacular buildings, both rural and urban, domestic and functional, have found a place in her paintings. She is particularly drawn to the triangular form of the gable ends of buildings, whether they be simple sheds, northern terraces, suburban 1960’s bungalows, barns, or industrial warehouses. The move from painting to 3D forms was an instinctive urge, a desire for a more physical, tactile exploration. That exploration encompasses both the formal aspects of architectural, and geometric shapes and what they mean in the sense of home, shelter, work, and human endeavor and its impact on our external and internal landscapes. Susan believes there is also an element of play involved in creating imaginary worlds, remembering the painted wood toy building blocks of childhood.

  • Tzuri Gueta
Gueta is a rising star in the textile industry and in Parisian haute couture. He has developed original, surprisingly uncomplicated techniques for hybridizing natural fibers and synthetic polymers, sophisticated combinations of advanced polymer technology, and age-old textile traditions.

Using the unique properties of silicone, he extends the surface of fibers and fabrics beyond their physical boundaries, creating three-dimensional forms. His experimental, sophisticated work fascinated the textile and haute couture industry in Paris, where he lives and works.

Most of his developments have been registered as patents. Gueta's innovative creations were born through designing fabrics for haute couture designers (Louis Vuitton, Jean-Paul Gaultier, Givenchy, Chanel, Dior, etc.) who wanted unique accessories and items to replace precious stones and materials.

Gueta is a one-person guild. He is not a craftsman in the familiar sense of manual craftsmanship, nor he is an industrial designer in the usual sense of technical reproduction, nor a scientist focusing on the understanding of processes and their appropriation to enhance the quality of human life; he is a textile designer and a creator who realizes his dreams through textile.
